Use the in-game feedback channel

The current public contact channel is the feedback panel on the GuessWord game page. Open the feedback channel for this language.

The link returns you to the current language's game and moves to its feedback area. It does not submit anything automatically.

What you can send

The feedback channel is suitable for:

• Incorrect, unclear, or unexpectedly difficult puzzles and clues.
• Bugs, loading failures, scoring issues, or lost browser progress.
• English or Chinese wording and translation corrections.
• Accessibility and usability problems.
• Privacy questions or other concerns about how the game works.
• Focused ideas that would improve the current GuessWord experience.

What the form asks for

A feedback message is required. An email address is optional and should only be included if you want to make a reply possible. The game also includes the current language and puzzle context when available so the report can be understood.

Please do not include passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information. GuessWord does not currently publish a general support email, promise a response time, or provide a ticket-status system.

Privacy

Feedback is stored with the game's anonymous request context. Read the Privacy Policy for the fields involved, the service providers used, and the choices available to you.
